A weekly retreat for the soul!

I couldn’t resist sharing just one more time this week 🙌🙌🙌…..

We often forget what fills up our soul or inspires us to be the best versions of ourselves!

Wednesday’s is my absolute favorite day of the week! Well actually a close second to Sunday 🤩😇🥰!

Wednesday’s are definitely the way I fill up my soul and strive to be the best version of myself!

On Wednesdays, darling daughter and I get up to go to daily Mass! I can’t imagine my week without it. There is something special and intimate about daily mass!

Then we work in the church library for a few hours. Surrounding ourselves with amazing books to learn and grow more in our faith. I have found the more I grow and learn about my faith the more I learn about how beautifully wonderfully made I am.

We then lead a Lectio Divina prayer group in the day chapel at noon. Ah what a great way to just pause and meditate on the upcoming Sunday’s gospel in how God wants to talk to me specifically. I absolutely love this special time with God.

Then we usually have a few errands….every other week I have a chiropractor and massage appointment 🙌🙌🙌…talk about an amazing way to continue to clear out any negative energy or emotions that might be stuck in my body!!!

Finally we head back to the church to have a prayer study with some of my besties as we grow together in community with our faith….and lift each other up!

I couldn’t ask for a better way to spend the middle of the week!

Wednesdays are truly about wellness: mind, body, soul, spirit!

I hope my Wednesday inspires you to find how you can show up in the world to be that intentional Disciple God has called you to be. It is the best reminder to love the skin you are in!

Hugs and blessings always,

Kelly 😇
